Once your subscription has been activated, mom IPTV cannot offer any refunds or modifications. Our responsibility is solely to activate your subscription for the agreed-upon duration.

To verify activation, we will send you a screenshot from our panel as proof, delivered directly to your email.

We aim to activate and deliver your MOM IPTV Subscriptions and IPTV Reseller Panels within 24 hours of receiving your order. For a smooth activation process, please provide your device type when placing your order.

If no device information is included in the order notes, we will activate and send an M3U playlist by default. This format cannot be changed later, so please ensure your device details are correct before submitting your order.

Please note that MOM IPTV has no control over the content sources or any content-related issues due to the nature of IPTV technology.
